After 22 years in the world of banking in some of the biggest banking centers on two continents,  two things became clear:

 women in finance need to be activists in their own career, and Tréasa could have more impact on that from outside the industry. 

And so began Tréasa Fitzgibbon's transition from employed banking professional, all-consumed by her work, to a certified executive coach for ambitious women working in corporate / financing, not getting the pay, promotion or recognition their hard work deserves - and not knowing the best way forward.
