Reckoning with Race in the Workplace with Janelle Benjamin

While 2020 has taught us all more than we ever wanted to know about virology, pandemics and people's ability to politicize just about ANYTHING, it also placed the issue of race more solidly in the foreground than it has been for half a century.  For Janelle Benjamin, the killing of George Floyd and the ensuing Black Lives Matter protests galvanized her to take her 15 years as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional into her own hand to form her consultancy, All Things Equitable, to move the needle on this deep and chronic problem and help companies and organizations fast-track their process in this journey of positive transformation.
