Episode 000 - the Who, the What & the WIIFM

Welcome to the She's All That video podcast. I'm September Smith, your host.  I've been consulting with women for years now on creating their online businesses and online courses, and I run the Fierce, Fabulous & 50+™ women's reset retreat in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Not this year, of course!

Over the years, what has become clear to me is that 
1) I love interviewing people; talking to people about what they do and asking them the questions that bring out that special pizzazz that they bring to the world. That's my happy place. 
2) I love seeing people's energy flash up when they are talking about the things that they are really deeply passionate about and 
3) I discovered that I love sharing these passionistas with other people who need to know about them.  I'm inspired when I discover women who are doing incredible things. It reminds me that we can, and need to do what we have a passion for to make that change that we desire to see in the world. 

Also, I am super sick and tired of looking at most media and seeing almost no female faces that aren't pushing beauty products or other meaningless BS.  You'd almost think there were no women out there doing important work - meaningful stuff that mattered. 

Well, representation matters, and I want to see, and I want to share a more diverse story where other people deservedly get some of that spotlight. In the She's All That video podcast, I'll be bringing you your weekly dose of inspiration motivation and possibly introducing you to someone that you didn't know your life was missing authors organizers experts entrepreneurs healers adventurers teachers and wise women gals with a mission who are making it happen. Obstacles be damned. And I want to give them the audience they deserve
