What happens when we have a loved one who's struggling? So often there's a tendency to get entangled in their struggle, getting stuck in a loop of trying to 'help' them out of it, which has a hell of an impact on many levels.

Ive had a lot of questions lately about this (since I posted about our family earlier this week), and so I recorded this conversation for the podcast this week:

HOW TO LOVE SOMEONE WHILE NOT GETTING TANGLED UP IN THEIR STRUGGLE

I think this is a bloody important conversation for SOO many people. Its not easy. It not fun watching someone we love go through a hard season. However, trying to 'fix' them won't help either, and in fact, can do more harm than good.
