Allison shares four really valuable lessons she's learned over the last decade building businesses and brands.

As a huge advocate leveling up, Allison challenges listeners to invest in themselves, get visible, monetize their brands and create multiple streams of income. Most importantly, she discusses not letting fear (or yourself) get in the way of your potential.

Memorable moments:

3:14: Go after opportunities and make sure that your business is well equipped to handle the successes along the way.

4:21: When you limit your ability to serve and show up in the world the way that the world needs to see you, you also limit the opportunities and possibilities for your future.

4:31: We've all been blessed with so many talents, so many skills and gifts, and all the good things that need to be shared, but if you're hiding under a rock because you're afraid of what others might think, or you're fearing failure, you've got to move out from underneath that because it absolutely is your time to shine.

5:44: Since 2009, I've had multiple streams of income, and that's because I nearly lost everything back then. I realized I was never going to ever put myself in that position again. And I think as women, we've got to start to have more open and honest conversations about money because I think if ever there was a year where it proved to be financially prudent to have other sources and streams coming in it was 2020.
