Episode 6. Keep Shifting!

Hey girl!! Serious question, have you ever saw the movie Finding Nemo? It’s one of my Disney favorites! Well, remember the scene where Dory was caught in the fishers net along with many others? They were so panicked by their circumstance of being trapped, that their first defense mechanism was FEAR. They looked so hopeless! Nemo (on the outside looking in) encouraged them all to swim downward. He said repeatedly, “keep swimming!” As the group of fishes begin to swim down the pressure of opposition broke the crane, that released the net, and ultimately freed them back to comfort. - Well girl, I am encouraging you in this episode to keep shifting!!!!
