In this episode we talk with Hana and Ari about their time playing and coaching in the Seattle area, from their youth days to now. They explain the community that has made the Seattle youth scene not only strong, but also accessible to people across the city. They talk about how the Seattle ultimate community is intertwined with AgeUp, the organization that Hana helped create, and that her and Ari are now a part of. The two detail how AgeUp has grown over the years, and how it has adapted due to COVID.

Ari  also discusses the importance of returning to coach at the middle schools in the Seattle area, and Hana becomes the first ever guest to get and eat food during an interview. The two then play a version of Ten Second Stall where they have to guess each others' answers, and are impressively good at it. This episode was a blast!  If you would like to donate to AgeUp, you can do that here.
