Episode 10: Elana Schwam

This episode, we talk with Elana Schwam. She tells us about her start to ultimate, as well as her beginnings with Brute Squad, and she talks about how the team has progressed since its first championship, as well as what keeps it as one of the best teams in the world year after year. 

Schwam also tells us about how the Brute community has helped her through some of the toughest parts of her life, including her cancer diagnosis, and also through a miscarriage, as well as the death of her daughter Zoë. A content warning for this episode: this episode contains discussion of cancer, miscarriage, and stillbirth. This episode also has an explicit rating for language.
