Good day world!
I am still getting used to the sound of my voice podcasting. This is sooo exciting (for me, anyway). But along with my learning the technical aspects of blogging and podcasting, I hope to give you some details of my journey discoveries in Dubai.
My podcasting milestone for today: the podcast feed was accepted by Itunes and the feed is up and running, so you can follow my journey by subscribing with your favorite podcatcher or Itunes. I know this site is looking pretty “Under Construction”, but the foundation is there and now we start the decorating! A big hats off to the Podcast Answer Man Cliff Ravenscraft at podcastanswerman.com I admit I was pretty reluctant to spend money on a paid tutorial as I have always fancied myself pretty computer literate. Cliff has a great free one that will get you pointed in the right direction, but the WordPress tutorial is well worth it! I am positive he saved me six months of stumbling around and I am ready to go as a hobbyist but also to take it to the next level whenever I am ready.
So today my Dubai journey takes me to the full size ice rink at Dubai Mall where this amazing international group of women play ice hockey and are all working on taking it to the next level! As for me, I have nowhere to go but up as I am not a naturally athletic person, but I love to skate.
So if you are interested in hockey in Dubai–good news–we have it!
