"New Age" is a collective terms for many 20th century spiritual practices. Many of us take these practices for granted and don't know or question their origins. We should be discerning when it comes to opening our consciousness to spiritual practices brought forth by people and institutions unknown to us. Especially when some of them have nefarious origins. 

In this episode I explain the widely popular New Age 'Law of Attraction' and 'The Secret'. We explore their origins, which are full of unexpected turns and surprises. I explain why these practices can be misleading and potentially have you running in a pseudo-spiritual circle, seeking enlightenment outside of yourself.
