Health ministry officials in South Sudan have declared a cholera outbreak in Rubkona County of the country’s Unity State; The United Nations has donated 19 million US dollars to help communities in South Sudan prepare for severe flooding expected during the rainy season; Educational officials in the Kreinik locality of Sudan's West Darfur State are expressing concern over the fate of school operations.
