3/23/22 The Shackcast is a show where we talk about videogames, technology, gaming news, and interviews. In this episode Aaron talks about Healthy Goals & Relationships. I share my goals for YouTube, healthy eating, consistent workouts/muscle growth, Podcasting, Photography, Music, Patreon.
I elaborate on setting healthy boundaries with family and friends. Family brunch on Sunday. Cutting off toxic or violent family members because of repeated bad behavior. Evaluating one sided relationships and friendships. Also one of the important points is Reciprocation, making sure that in all your healthy balanced relationships are nurtured by friend/spouse/family/boyfriend/girlfriend appreciates you as much as you appreciate them.
Only a handful of people may be in your inner circle and spending time with people who are grateful to have you in their lives. People who appreciate and value your time is paramount to caring and being cared for as well as living a happy and healthy life.
Also something to keep in mind, do you listen to reply or to understand? I hope this podcast is helpful for the New Year. Setting positive goals and evaluating them on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis so you can achieve your lifetime goals is key to success and happiness.
I share my experiences as a working musician at the church, dealing with toxicity, moving on from this job to achieve greater goals in life. I share my struggles with you all in hopes you might learn and grow.
