We've talked about the idea of being flexible and open to change while remaining rigid at heart. But if you are expected to deliver something for a client, you must take into account different stakeholders that may affected by your product. While it is not always easy to meet the requirements of every consumer, compromises can be made to facilitate development as best as possible.

In today's episode, we go through the construction and design process for the Golden Gate Bridge in California. We emphasize how a foundation needed to be established to ensure that construction could take place amid a Great Depression and additional financial challenges. Of course, we make sure to examine flexibility in the perspective of being resilient and resistant to change and adversary.
