About our guest: Dr. Gretchen Gavero is a Mom, Wife, Entrepreneur, and a board-certified Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist based in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Since starting her medical journey almost 20 years ago, she has helped thousands of people improve their mental health, from overcoming simple anxiety and stress to managing severe and chronic conditions. She's an expert at combining the art and science of Medicine and Psychiatry with practical personal growth tools. Dr. Gavero is also an Associate Professor of Psychiatry who trains other health professionals about compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. She trains other physicians on how to be a psychiatrist. She cares for patients in her private practice clinic, Mindhealthspace, in Honolulu. She shares mental health tips and education online at The Mental Path.  She just launched her new online course, "The Mental Path Starter," to help people elevate their self-care journey.
