It has come to our attention that this procedure which used to be reserved only for restoration after injury is being performed on more and more women each year at an exponential rate.
We've also learned that censors who requires Photoshop alteration of the protruding labia minora may be causing an unnecessary panic among women who see nothing but doctored photos causing them to feel that their vulvas are abnormal. Because most women only see vulvas in pornography or magazines, and because ALL the magazines are artificially doctored, large numbers of women are gaining an unrealistic perception of what vulvas should look like.
