💢Provides expertise as a neutral 3rd party Realtor® for couples who are divorcing and require assistance to amicably resolve their unique realty asset situation.

💵Works to reduce the expense of litigation through effective communication with both parties.

💵Qualified as an Expert Subject Matter Witness in family court proceedings with the goal of having both parties to work together for the good of the family and the value of the property(s).

⚖Uses a consultive approach before, during and after divorce. As a wife and mother of two, I am mindful that strife can cause potential harm to children when peaceful resolution cannot be achieved.

💙Born in Jamaica and a United States Air Force Veteran who served during Desert Storm.

🔳In 2006, became the first black female hired by a Harris County elected Family Law Judge to serve as a Family Court Coordinator. In 2018, became the first black Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™). In 2021, became the first black female President of the Houston, TX Chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP Houston).
