Today’s guest is Kelley Williams, founder of Curasalve which is an organic skincare company that helps caregivers soothe, treat and prevent diaper rash.  Developed because her daughter had fragile, sensitive skin, and always needed a dab or two of diaper rash cream because her skin was often irritated, even with hourly diaper changes, Curasalve  - 100% organic and 100% effective - was born in 2016.

Kelley is the winner of the Black Girl Ventures Equilibria Pitch Competition, and you can find her featured in the newly commissioned mural, sponsored by Nike in partnership with The Black Girl Ventures Foundation, in Washington, DC.

Curasalve has been featured by Parents magazine, PureWow and Mother - to name a few - and is available at curasalve.com, Amazon and Nordstrom.

The beauty of Kelley’s story involves the highs, the lessons and the victories - and we’re here for it all!

So come join the founders table, where beauty is served.  You can sit with us!

So let’s get started…
