Reflection Questions:
In what ways are you selfishly ambitious and conceited? How (specifically) do you count yourself as most significant?
How do you confuse what you’re familiar and comfortable with, with safety? What does Jesus emphatically warn us about in the Gospels? (See Matthew 6:1; 16:6, 11-12; 18:3; 19:23; Luke 12:1).
What are you GO-TO self-preservation protocols? What are you GO-TO ‘solutions’ for dealing with threatening situations in life?
