Reflection Questions:

What makes you slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken? Are you bogged-down in emotionalism, distracted with ‘all-there-is-to-know,’ or dominated by disappointment and doubt?
If you physically encountered the risen Christ, are you so arrogant as to believe you would automatically believe?
On a scale of 1 to 10, how offended and outraged are you with Jesus because of what He said to you in Luke 24:25?
Have you ever known any truly mature, joyful, person who didn’t have suffering in their life? Do you honestly believe your ‘hyper-cautious’ (safety-at-all-costs) approach to life is healthy?
How important is it that you adopt Luke 24:27 and 1 Corinthians 2:2 as all-encompassing interpretive keys, and the central operating system for your entire life?
How are you urging Jesus to stay with you these days? (be very specific and substantive).
