But tonight we’re talking about a lesser-known killer clown, who would kill a woman by the name of Marlene Warren, while wearing a clown costume and holding balloons. It’s the stuff that nightmares are made of, but the worst part is - this villain wouldn’t be brought to justice for 30 years. This is the story of Marlene Warren, shot in broad daylight by a killer clown named Sheila Keen.
