Sabina and Ursula Eriksson: Shared Psychosis

We’re taking the podcast over to Europe tonight and talking about a story that involves twin sisters, an absolute mental breakdown, an insane traffic accident that gets caught on live television, and a murder. If that doesn’t catch your attention, I’m not sure what would. Sisters Sabin and Ursula Eriksson would experience something that experts call folie a deux, a term used for shared psychosis and delusions. The concept is interesting, although controversial because not everyone believes it’s a natural phenomenon.
