Amanda’s signature approach shows clients how to get clarity and connection by focussing on their values, goals and purpose to create lasting change.

Through her first business as a health professional around the world, Amanda has experienced burnout and developed the skills needed to manage the hurdles of life before the curveballs hit. She also developed fabulous customer interaction skills. 

Amanda has experience hosting workshops and wellbeing events for corporates and has held women's outside your comfort zone’ multi-day retreats.

She lives in Western Australia, has 2 young adult daughters and adores swimming in the ocean every day.
