Thomas Straker is a Chef and Founder of ‘Acre’ a new restaurant opening soon in London. Thomas has worked his way up through several Michelin Star restaurants, he re-launched Tom’s on Westbourne Grove in 2014 and then shortly after appointed as Head Chef at Casa Cruz, Notting Hill.
