We are two relational therapists and every week we discuss therapy themes, the intersections of life as therapists and the nuances of life as human beings. We discuss therapy as an individual, personal vehicle for transformation as well as a starting place for societal change. We hope to support other therapists in deepening their work and also normalize therapy for everyone.
