In this episode, we are joined by South African filmmaker, chef and television personality Justin Bonello. Amongst other things Justin is best known for starring in his own cooking and travel show, Cooked. But there is so much more to him than that.
Justin is a passionate advocate for food and its environmental impact and believes that a fundamental shift is needed in society with regards to our relationship with the food we eat.
We will be exploring Justin’s history, his vision for South African food entrepreneurs, as well as unpacking his new endeavour, the neighbourhood farm project.
