David was the Mayor of Bladensburg Maryland, County Council Member for Prince George’s County Maryland and state Senator for Maryland. David is now the CEO of the Prince George’s County Chamber of commerce. For those that are not familiar with Prince George’s county, it borders Washington DC and is the largest and one of the most affluent African American-majority counties in the America.
