Our guest, Andrea Roozekrans became a yoga teacher at 50 after battling severe physical limitations that included 15 orthopedic surgeries. Despite the difficulties she faced, she was determined to reclaim her health and fitness to become stronger and healthier at 52 than she was in her 30’s and 40’s. She believes that yoga was the driving force in her transformation. She shares with us the many benefits it can provide and how implementing the practice in our own lives, can help us restore the vibrancy of our youth.
