Welcome to The Approach Podcast, where we explore the latest research and trends in the field of intermittent fasting, weight loss, and self-care. Join Adam as he shares his health secrets along with hundreds of other tips on how to get healthy once and for all. 

Adam Potash is the creator of The Approach and is known online as the intermittent fasting guru! The Approach is a lifestyle and nutrition program that has helped over 10,000 members to lose weight and change their lives. Adam is a renowned chef to the stars with over 19 years of experience, father to four beautiful children and a fitness enthusiast. 

In each episode, we'll delve into a specific topic related to intermittent fasting, wellness and self-care, from the science behind it to the practical application. Our guests will include experts in the field, from nutritionists and doctors to fitness trainers and psychologists, who will share their insights and experience with our listeners.

We'll also hear from some of our inspirational members about their journey and success with Intermittent Fasting.
