In the first part of this two part retrospective, Bryan and Sean sit down over a few Yuengling Black & Tans to discuss the formation of the band, naming the band "Emanuel Nice", early album releases, how Gabe Saporta (Midtown/Cobra Starship) was instrumental in getting the band noticed, signing with Fata Booking, touring, car accidents, and the writing and recording of Soundtrack To A Headrush. Later on in the show, Bryan reveals Machine's real name and the volume is turned way up for the facemelting sounds of "The Hey Man".
