Previous Episode: The Drop!

This week Kay and Rob talk about the industry whirlwind that surrounded the script "Billy Karate”, to that end, we have the writer of that script, novelist, screenwriter and podcaster, Robert Brockway, who also recently got representation at Entertainment 360. We also talk the internet thirst trapping Ryan Gosling (again) as Ken in Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie, how Rod Serling was woke before woke was technically legal, and discuss -- at length -- our theories about what that woman did to that freaking elephant in India.

This is possibly the funniest episode of the podcast that we've done. Blame our guest.

Our Weekly Resource: This week we have two new podcasts that we're currently digging through their older episodes and digging. The first is Screaming into the Hollywood Abyss. It is a screenwriting podcast about failure, rejection and adversity in the entertainment industry. Screenwriting Twitter mainstay Noah Evslin is one of the podcast co-hosts. The second podcast is The Film Hacks by James Dean and Chris Ruppert, and this film podcast, unlike most film podcasts, focuses on truly no-budget, out-of-pocket filmmakers. And since these people are the same kind of crazy as Rob, this podcast has been sending him. PLUS, bonus resource! If you would like to read Billy Karate it is online, so you can see what a frenzy inducing script looks like.
