This week Ryan flys solo (for the first time in the history of the podcast) to analyze the “assembly cut” of Scream 3. Recently, Scream-Trillogy.com made the October 1999 “assembly cut” of Scream 3 available to fans, with more than 30 minutes of extra, unseen footage of the the third film in the franchise. Included in this version is “ground zero” of all the scenes filmed by Wes Craven before the editing process began and the final film was shaped. Ryan analyzes the assembly cut and provides commentary into why things were rightfully cut from the theatrical film and which scenes should have been included in the final product.
