Two realtors in BC are under scrutiny after leaving handwritten notes for a man whose wife had passed away. They had been married 51 years. The note read “Sorry to hear of your wife’s passing. Please let us know if we can help in anyway with your real estate needs”. Are these notes common in real estate? Are they ethical?
