A new Ipsos poll conducted exclusively for Global News shows that most Canadians – and most Albertans, even – do not have hope for the future of the Keystone XL pipeline. The poll shows that 44 per cent of respondents would rather see Canada focus on building infrastructure within its own borders to transport and refine Canadian oil and natural gas products for international markets.
