The latest in our series of interviews with Scottish footballers who have played outside of the UK. Ifeoma Dieke talks to John Walker about her career in the United States, Sweden & Cyprus.

Ife started her career in much h closer to home with the Cumbernauld Cosmos & Cumbernauld Ladies before embarking on a scholarship program in Florida with the FIU Panthers. After graduating she signed for Atlanta Beat in the WUSA. A move back to Europe followed where she played in Sweden with QBIK & Kristianstads then returns to the US with Chicago Red Stars & Boston Breakers.

A loan move to Cypriot side Apollon Limassol preceded a return to Swedish football with Vittsjo GIK for 6 seasons then IFK Kalmar before returning to her current club Apollon Limassol in 2018.

Dieke is also one of Scotland's most capped players with 123 caps up to the EURO 2017 tournament as well as being one of only 2 non-English players in the London 2012 Olympics Team GB squad. Ifeoma was also the first black Scotland captain in over 100 years.
