Historically, human beings began sharing valentine messages in the 1500s, and the first Valentine’s Day card was commercially printed in the USA in the mid-1800s. Truth be told, the original message of Love took place when Spirit imprinted itself upon our hearts the moment we came into existence. This Love is a promise etched in forever, and is unconditionally ours.


Our inner spirit is calling us to activate this nourishing Love, to saturate ourselves in its qualities of compassion, tenderness, gratitude to be who we are just as we are in our perfect imperfection. Accepting this invitation is for the brave-hearted, and to support us in doing so our theme of the month is, “The Proven Power of Tenderheartedness.”
