When you compare the comfort of your couch to sub-zero temperatures, hurricane-force winds, and sudden avalanches, home isolation doesn’t seem all that bad. Alison Levine has braved the world’s most extreme environments scale the highest peaks on EVERY continent and ski to the North and South Pole. She also led USA's first Women's Expedition up Mt. Everest. She’s challenged perceptions of physical and mental limitations and made history along the way.

Now Alison will join our Fireside Chat to reveal what living through extreme environments can teach us and how to best #TravelFromHome. How can we cultivate the right headspace? Are there good and bad habits to be cognizant of? What gear and supplies do we need that we haven’t thought of? (Something tells us there wasn’t a huge supply of toilet paper in the South Pole.)
