When Facebook first sprouted into existence in 2004, college student Stephanie Abrams Cartin got a taste of social media and envisioned a bright future for this new type of communication — and knew it was something worth chasing after in her hospitality marketing career. But it wasn’t until she met Courtney Spritzer on a flight when the entrepreneurial story really began. From being total strangers to becoming co-founders of SocialFly, a successful social media agency in New York City, both Courtney and Stephanie left their corporate jobs to become two women entrepreneurs striving to rock the social media sphere. As early adapters to social media trends, SocialFly has rapidly expanded since launching in 2012 by offering all things content marketing — from video production to influencer marketing and everything in between. This dynamic duo also hosts a popular podcast show, Entreprenista, inspiring women entrepreneurs everywhere to help guide them through the hustle and bustle of running a business.
