A new group of adventurers set forth on a journey in the D&D campaign “Fallen Empires”
Characters of this campaign include: Powell the Goliath Paladin (Eric), Squeeb the Deep Gnome Wizard (Stephen), Token the Mousefolk Rogue (Matt), Tamsyn the Wood Elf Ranger (Andy), and Luke is once again our fearless DM.
Highlights include:
1. We pick back up still in the midst of a 1st-mission-flashback after Token just licked a toad he found in a crate.
2. Squeeb really needs to get his spellbook back while Andy is having back luck with his rolls.
3. Token applies classic peer-pressure tactics to get the group to also lick the toad he found.
4. Powell certainly likes the ale he found and decides to lick the toad leading to less than desirable consequences.
5. The group decides to take their first short rest which could be dangerous in a goblin stronghold.
