Leaders have to understand how to be empathetic towards themselves so they can hold space for their team.  When you become more self-aware or self-accepting, you’re able to metabolize feedback much more effectively because you don’t get stuck in self-doubt. A team can only grow at the pace of the leader. If the leader is not evolving, then the team is going to get stuck at a certain level too.
