In this episode, Abi is joined by her friend, Kristin Tedd to chat about veganism, the Bachelor, astrology, politics, conspiracies, and more! Kristin is an incredibly talented artist and overall cool person from upstate NY who paints and refinishes antique furniture, cooks delicious vegan food from her garden, and cares for a plethora of rescue animals. 

The pod theme this month is focused on haunted locations in Pennsylvania, since that is where Matt James' season of the Bachelor is being filmed. Abi covers the "Pennhurst Asylum," formerly known as the Eastern State School and Hospital, located in Spring City, PA. What was once intended to be a safe space for individuals with disabilities quickly turned into a hell scape filled with filthy living conditions, unthinkable abuse and death, and as a result, lots of ghosts!
