This week I’m talking all about making big changes in your career. Today I wanted to share an amazing story of a guy going from world-class athlete to world-class doctor. A shift that not many people make but it’s an amazing story to get you motivated to make your own change.
Eric Heiden is best known for winning five gold medals in one Winter Olympics in speed skating. It was a feat never before seen. But many other people know him as the guy who fixed their terribly injured knee or shoulder because he runs a thriving orthopedic surgery practice.
That’s a pretty amazing change in career and identity and Eric says that being a doctor is truly his life's work. Listen to hear more of the story.
