Motherhood: Anine's Story

In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Anine' Ekelund. She's such a sweet spirit who was gracious enough to share her Motherhood story with us. She spoke about how watching her mother navigate her personal relationships and blending a new family impacted her outlook on what she wanted for her own relationships and who she was going to be as a mother herself. We also dove into how those patterns led her to becoming a Life Coach where she helps others manage their own journeys through life.
Anine' is a Certified Life Coach with 20+ years of experience, and a workshop- and retreat facilitator with a Masters’ in holistic health education. She has a passion for empowering women who have put their talents, dreams, and ambitions on the back burner.
