Andy is an amazing physical therapist whose philosophy is "If you're an active adult in pain, he can help you get back to doing what you love." We talk fitness, health, and the small gradual steps that will make it easier and feasible to get their. We discuss what to do health wise, and more importantly what NOT to do.

He has some great/actionable advice, currently doing physical therapy in a way few others are, and a philosophy that is accessible for everyone. He also sets a high bar of work himself which is always appreciated!
