Awesome podcast with 2 pioneering lawyers breaking into the NFT space across Twitter, NG, and Clubhouse. Jsun put me in touch with them, but has been a great help when I got started in the NFT space so it seemed natural to include him. Plus he always has some great questions on the Twitch chat, so it was a natural fit.
We discuss the space as far as current trademark/copyright law is concerned, usage of likeness, Conor McGregor driving a Lamborghini yacht in the MetaVerse, the art as a whole, etc. Very insightful to hear about issues facing corporations, artists, and the lawyers, such as is the MetaVerse a separate universe from ours. Hyped as always to see how these guys are going to do in the coming months/years.
