Being the sign that occupies my 6h, Scorpio season tends to be a time in which I begin thinking about how we are of service, to our communities, to our spirits, and sometimes even to ourselves. With that in mind, today I am welcoming back to the podcast Brother Moses to chat about his new community space and the Kickstarter campaign for the Holy Mountain Temple. Moses' plan involves the combination of maker space ideology with a cunning man's sense of value, which creates a synthesis that mimics the alchemist's ability to dissolve and then combine to create a work of art. We chat about the project, what services it will ideally bring to the Occult community, and how we can provide service back into it so as to maintain a fluid recycling of energy and value. We also talk a bit about the benefits of de-textualization, and a community's ability to share stories in a way that allows the text to re-conceptualize itself as a living body of praxis. All this and more, in today's episode of SaturnVox!
