It's a very meta #SaturdayMorningHustle sharing advice I was given about the Saturday Morning Hustle brand, future and achieving possibilities. Today I'm sharing input from a trusted advisor who "called me out" in the most constructive way possible in regard to me being serious about the SMH podcast, social media, website, products and overall brand without losing what it is that makes the concept behind the hustle so important. By doing a better job on the business side, my #SideHustle just might become more important and impactful to more people.

I will translate the advice my friend gave me into actionable steps you can take for your career, self-brand, artistic or entrepreneurial pursuits.

1. A Self-Brand should be treated as a business

2. You might be too close to see the big picture

3. Collaboration and outside input is essential

4. No excuses (duh!)

and I add a few more ideas of my own to round out this discussion.

5. Challenges are always good

6. Strive for more, but be yourself

7. Leave your comfort zone, but not your ethical limits

8. There is no perfect time to start

9. Things change, be patient while being assertive

Hit me up on Anchor, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube with questions, comments and feedback. It's Saturday, I'm in the office so it must be the Saturday Morning Hustle. Listen to the podcast every weekend while your competition is still sleeping.
