It's Apple's turn to launch new things ... AGAIN!

Two things to note:
1) Apple has given the MacBook Air a drastic and much needed upgrade. This machine was the startup stalwart until it lagged behind in features and the MacBook Pro lost a lot of weight.
It's a great contender again - the new thinner and lighter MacBook Air features a brilliant Retina display, Touch ID, the latest-generation keyboard, and a Force Touch trackpad.
2) Here's where it gets tricky.. because for a similar price you can get the new iPad Pro which features LTE - mobile data - built in. It's got a thinner bezel, Face ID, and USB-C to connect displays, cameras and more.

Twitter is looking to reinvent itself?

This is a little strange, because they're doing it in a way that most software companies don't do.. they're showing you ideas!
Some of those: They want to show who's online.. they want to give you thought starters for tweets.. and they to improve how they show conversations and they want to show status updates.
That's the strangest bit, because Twitter used to basically be a stream of status updates. Maybe they're trying to get back to that?
