In 1999 Dan Buckingham was enjoying life as an 18-year old Uni student when things changed quite dramatically. A casual game of rugby with his mates ended with a broken neck and spinal cord damage and left him a tetraplegic.
Dan reinvented himself, spending 16 years as a Wheel Black and is now the General Manager of Attitude TV, where he started as a researcher and reporter.
His next challenge is the New York Marathon which he's doing to raise money for the Catwalk Trust.
He joined Jack Tame ahead of his trip.
