Enjoy this time of year when nature is calling for us to relax and rest. Today we celebrate the shortest day of the year in this 90 minute class with some juicy forward folds, hip openers, and a lot of attention to the breath.  I hope you find comfort and calm in this class while celebrating this time of darkness.

Sarah has been creating podcast classes since 2007. Each podcast is an originally crafted yoga class taught by Sarah Baumert.
