Almost every advanced economy has seen a sharp slowdown in productivity over the last few years, but the UK has been amongst the most affected. In 2019, UK productivity growth suffered its worst drop in 5 years. This, coupled with the devasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, means it has never been more important for business leaders to define a clear strategy for growth and productivity for their businesses.
